Our story
A small shop with a simple idea
Raah Traders is a small, independent online store based in Chicago, Illinois. We started it with a simple idea: shopping online shouldn’t mean scrolling through thousands of look-alike listings, confusing descriptions and fine print.
So we keep our shelves short. We hand-pick every product we carry — practical home and kitchen helpers, pet gear, car accessories, emergency and outdoor essentials, gifts and seasonal favorites — and we rewrite every listing in plain English so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy.
How we work
- Curated, not bulk-listed. If we wouldn’t recommend it to a friend, it doesn’t go in the store.
- Shipped from the US. Our products ship from partner warehouses across the United States, with tracking on every package. Each product page shows its estimated delivery dates before you order.
- Fair, upfront pricing. $9.99 flat shipping per order, free on orders of $75 or more. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown before you pay.
- Real people. When you email us, a real person on our team in Chicago reads it and answers it.
- 30-day returns. If something isn’t right, our returns policy is clear and simple.
Thank you for shopping small
Every order means a lot to a small business like ours. If you have a question, an idea for a product you’d like us to carry, or feedback of any kind, we’d genuinely love to hear it — get in touch.
