Standard US shipping is .99 per order, and free on orders of or more. The shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Black Friday through Cyber Monday (November 27–30, 2026): free US shipping on every order, no minimum.
Where we ship
We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We can’t ship to addresses outside the US. Some carriers can’t deliver certain items to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories. If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you before it ships.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Each product page shows its estimated delivery time. Most items arrive in 3–8 business days after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our warehouses and carriers. They are not guaranteed. Peak seasons, weather, carrier delays and other events outside our control can extend them.
Multiple packages
Our products ship from several US warehouses. An order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. You pay shipping once per order, never per package. If part of your order arrives first, the rest is on its way, and you’ll receive tracking for each package.
Holiday shipping
- Christmas: to have the best chance of delivery by December 25, place your order by Tuesday, December 8.
- Halloween and Thanksgiving: please allow the full delivery window shown on the product page, plus processing time, before your event.
- Holiday dates are our best estimate. They are not a delivery guarantee. Orders placed after a cutoff are still shipped as quickly as possible.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once each package ships. You can also check status on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after a label is created.
Late, lost or stolen packages
- If your package hasn’t arrived 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us at admin@raahtraders.com with your order number. We’ll open a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and household members and look around your delivery area, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We’ll file a carrier investigation. We can’t be responsible for packages stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, but we’ll help however we reasonably can.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused, we can reship it once it’s returned (reshipping costs may apply) or refund the item price minus the original shipping cost we paid.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are sent to our warehouses quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order that hasn’t been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
Damaged items
If something arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
